Vinyl Cover

For this project, I was given the freedom to choose what I wanted to research and create. I decided to research album cover designs and chose to design a vinyl cover for my roommate since we both decorated our rooms with music memorabilia. The project combines my skills in typography and studio lighting photography. My inspiration for the images and type were album covers of current trends in Pop music cover art. The theme for the photography is feminine and fun, reflected in the confidence of the subject showing skin in lace and the use of color and props.
